My daughter has issues writing, etc. (fine motor skills). Do you think a handwriting specialist is the only therapist she needs or do you think occupational therapy is needed too?

If fine motor skills and hand writing are a concerns for you and your daughter, I would definitely recommended seeking an occupational therapy evaluation for her to get her the specific help that she needs.
